The Annual Fund

The Annual Fund is a crucial source of revenue for All Saints’ Episcopal Day School. While tuition covers only 75% of the total cost of a student’s education, Annual Fund contributions help bridge the gap between tuition and the full expense of an All Saints’ education.

Each year, gifts to the Annual Fund enable us to invest in our exceptional faculty, maintain a low student-teacher ratio despite enrollment growth, enhance classroom resources, develop new programs, and provide professional development opportunities. These contributions support All Saints’ ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality, student-centered education to all families.

This year, the Annual Fund will support several key projects, including upgrading technology with new Chromebooks for students, updating classroom furniture (desks, chairs, carpets, etc.), and constructing a pavilion in the back car line to protect students from the weather.

What are the Projects?

Technology - Chromebooks

Project Cost: $100,000

The purchasing of 125 new Chromebooks for our 3rd-6th grade students is vital for enhancing their educational experience and ensuring they are well-prepared for the digital age. Access to updated technology is crucial for developing essential skills in research, collaboration, and digital literacy. New Chromebooks will provide students with reliable, fast, and modern tools that support interactive learning, personalized educational programs, and seamless access to digital resources. This investment not only bridges the technology gap but also fosters a more engaging and effective learning environment, empowering students to thrive academically and prepare for future challenges.

Classroom Upgrades

Project Cost: $40,000

Our classroom furniture is crucial as it directly impacts the learning environment and student well-being. With furniture that is over 20 years old, new desks and chairs can significantly enhance students' focus and engagement by providing a more comfortable and functional space. Updated furniture can reduce physical strain, promote better posture, and create a more inviting and stimulating environment. Investing in updated furniture is an investment in our students' success, as it supports a more effective and enjoyable learning experience. By prioritizing these upgrades, we ensure that our future students will benefit from a space designed for both their academic and personal development.

Phase I - Walkway/ Pavilion

Project Cost: $60,000

This project is crucial for enhancing our students' comfort and safety during arrival and dismissal times. Currently, students transitioning from the gym to the back care line are exposed to heavy rain, intense sun, and cold temperatures. This will offer a sheltered area for students, keeping them dry and comfortable regardless of the weather. This improvement not only enhances their daily school experience but also promotes a healthier, more organized drop-off and pick-up process, benefiting both students and their families. Phase 2, slated for next year, will focus on building the pavilion, creating an even more welcoming environment for our school community. Your support is essential in making this vision a reality!
